WW Jacket Potato With Mushroom Filling – 6 Points

Description

Take just a few ingredients and rustle up these tasty mushroom jacket potatoes. They're healthy, low-calorie, gluten-free and ideal for lunch or supper. 6 Points per Serving.

Instructions

  1. Bake Potatoes

    Cook the baking potatoes for 10-12 minutes in the microwave or for 1-1½ hours in a conventional oven at at 400°F or air fryer for 30 minutes at 400°F.

  2. Mix Ingredients
    Mix the mushrooms with the soft cheese and season with the Worcestershire sauce and black pepper.
  3. Top With Cheese Mixture
    Slit open the jacket potatoes and top with the cheese mixture to serve.

Note

Serves 2 at 6 points per serving.

Serve with Worcestershire Sauce for extra tang - or leave it out if you prefer.
