Description

This succulent soup mix is loaded with a subtle, fresh blend of herbs and spices that perfectly complement the potatoes inside. You will savor every thick, delicious spoonful. Easy to make under 30 minutes for a hearty meal.

Ingredients
  • 1 package Creamy Potato Soup Mix (Pick a mix up at Times Right)
  • 8 cups water (For richer soup use 4 cups water and 4 cups milk)
  • 1 package bratwurst (Times Right sells award winning Behrmann Bratwurst)
Instructions
  1. Cook Bratwurst

    In a skillet brown brats and cut up.

  2. Make Soup Mix

    In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Stir in entire package of soup mix. Reduce heat and add the cut up brats. Simmer uncovered for 20 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionly. Don't let soup scorch. Salt and pepper to taste.

Note

Other Variations To Add To Soup Mix

Add whole kernel corn, cooked sausage, ham, cheddar cheese, broccoli, peas, clams, asparagus or jalapeno peppers.
