Note

Optional seasonings

Make it your own by adding some different flavor variations:

  • Hot sauce, cayenne pepper, jalapeño peppers – If you enjoy a bit of heat, a dash of cayenne pepper, a few drops of hot sauce, or some diced jalapeño peppers can add a spicy kick to the dijonnaise.
  • Smoked paprika
  • Garlic powder and onion powder
  • Dried herbs – Experiment with dried herbs such as tarragon, chives, or parsley.
  • Maple syrup – For a touch of sweetness.
