Garlic Steak Bites

We buy whole ribeye and have them cut into steaks leaving two end caps and trimmings. This recipe uses these end caps and trimmings to make a delious main course or appetizer.

Description

These garlic steak bites are savory, garlicky, tender and straight up delicious! Quick and easy to make, they can be served for dinner with a side or as an appetizer. 

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs Beef Tenderloin or Ribeye Trimmings
  • 1 tbsp Worcestshire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Steak Seasoning
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/2 stick Unsalted Butter
Instructions
  1. Cuge BeefCube up the beef into bite size pieces.
  2. Mix In Seasonings

    Apply Worcestshire Sauce as the binder followed by Steak Seasoning. Mix the steak cubes making sure to cover all pieces with the sauce and seasoning.

  3. Preheat the griddle or iron skillet to high heat.

  4. Add Olive Oil

    Add some olive oil on the flat top and drop the seasoned steak bites on the griddle or iron skillet.

  5. Cook BitesFlip them every minute to ensure an even cook throughout. total cook time should be around 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add Garlic and Butter

    Add some freshly minced garlic and half a stick of butter to the steak. Mix it all in until the butter is completely melted.

  7. Remove and Enjoy

    Remove and top with some freshly chopped parsley.
