Apply Worcestshire Sauce as the binder followed by Steak Seasoning. Mix the steak cubes making sure to cover all pieces with the sauce and seasoning.
Preheat the griddle or iron skillet to high heat.
Add some olive oil on the flat top and drop the seasoned steak bites on the griddle or iron skillet.
Add some freshly minced garlic and half a stick of butter to the steak. Mix it all in until the butter is completely melted.
Remove and top with some freshly chopped parsley.
