Guacamole Deviled Eggs – a classic recipe with a twist. Perfectly hard boiled eggs stuffed with a bright and flavorful guacamole, garnished with a sprinkle of chili powder and cilantro.

Ingredients
  • 1 packet Guacamole Dip Mix (Pick a mix up at Times Right)
  • 3 to 4 ripe avocados
  • 8 whole eggs in shell
Instructions
  1. Prepare Dip MixMake Guacamole Dip according to package directions.
  2. Hard Boil EggsPlace eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover, and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 - 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool, and peel. Slice eggs in half, and remove yolks to a mixing bowl.
  3. Fill Egg Halves Mix yolks with prepared Guacamole. Fill empty egg halves with guacamole/yolk Mixture.
  4. ServeChill until serving. Sprinkle with paprika just before serving.
