1 1/2pound ground beef (Times Right sells Behrmann Meat Hamburger)
1small onion, finely chopped
1cup dry bread crumbs
1cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2cup Mullen's Original French Dressing (Times Right sells Mullen's Dressings)
2 eggs
1can sliced mushrooms (4 ounce size)
1/2teaspoon salt
1/2teaspoon black pepper
1/2cup ketchup
Instructions
Preheat OvenPreheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Mix IngredientsCombine the beef, onion, bread crumbs, cheese, salad dressing, eggs, mushrooms, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well but do not overwork the meat.
Transfer To Loaf PanTransfer the meatloaf mixture to a 9x5-inch loaf pan and smooth the top.
Top MeatloafSpread the ketchup evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
BakePlace the pan in the oven and bake at 375 degrees F for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until the meatloaf is cooked thoroughly through.
Rest And SliceRemove the pan from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes. Drain off any excess grease then slice the meatloaf into serving pieces.
