Meatloaf Using Mullens Original French Dressing

Make over your classic meat loaf recipe with ingredients to give this comfort dish a "today" spin! Featuring tangy Mullen's Original French Dressing, it'll become a favorite meat loaf at your house, for sure!

Cooking Method
Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 pound ground beef (Times Right sells Behrmann Meat Hamburger)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Mullen's Original French Dressing (Times Right sells Mullen's Dressings)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms (4 ounce size)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
Instructions
  1. Preheat OvenPreheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Mix IngredientsCombine the beef, onion, bread crumbs, cheese, salad dressing, eggs, mushrooms, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well but do not overwork the meat.
  3. Transfer To Loaf PanTransfer the meatloaf mixture to a 9x5-inch loaf pan and smooth the top.
  4. Top MeatloafSpread the ketchup evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. BakePlace the pan in the oven and bake at 375 degrees F for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until the meatloaf is cooked thoroughly through.
  6. Rest And SliceRemove the pan from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes. Drain off any excess grease then slice the meatloaf into serving pieces.
