Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound ground beef (Times Right sells Behrmann Meat Hamburger)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Mullen's Original French Dressing (Times Right sells Mullen's Dressings)
- 2 eggs
- 1 can sliced mushrooms (4 ounce size)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup ketchup
Instructions
- Preheat OvenPreheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Mix IngredientsCombine the beef, onion, bread crumbs, cheese, salad dressing, eggs, mushrooms, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well but do not overwork the meat.
- Transfer To Loaf PanTransfer the meatloaf mixture to a 9x5-inch loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Top MeatloafSpread the ketchup evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
- BakePlace the pan in the oven and bake at 375 degrees F for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until the meatloaf is cooked thoroughly through.
- Rest And SliceRemove the pan from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes. Drain off any excess grease then slice the meatloaf into serving pieces.
