Baked Chili Cheese Dogs are perfect for backyard parties, game day, or just a quick and easy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
  • Hot dog buns
  • 4 Cooked Natural Casing Beef Franks (Times Right sells Behrmann Natural Casing Beef Franks)
  • German Mustard – Tangy and spicy, brown mustard gives us a little heat!
  • 30 oz. Chili You can use either homemade or canned
  • 8-10 oz bag Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 small onion Red onion
  • 1/3 cup Cilantro - fresh and chopped
Instructions
  1. Preheat Oven

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Prepare Franks

    Prepare beef franks by grilling or pan flying for about 8-10 minutes or to your liking. Note: Remember that they will cook more in the oven.

  3. Place In BunsPlace cooked franks in buns and butt them up next to each other in the pan.
  4. Top FranksTop with chili and cheese.
  5. Bake

    Place in the over on the center rack. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until they look done to your liking.

  6. Add ToppingsSprinkle tops with fresh chopped red onion and cilantro.
  7. ServeServe warm with a spatula.
