It doesn’t get much better than this combination: bacon and slightly smoky guacamole. You can pick up a jar of Midwest Fresh Bacon Jam at Times Right in Vandalia, IL.

Ingredients
  • 4 large avocados
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 jalapeño,minced
  • 1 lime
  • garlic salt
  • spicy bacon jam, traditional for less heat (We sell Midwest Fresh Bacon Jam at Times Right)
Instructions
  1. Make Guacamole

    Dice up all the ingredients and smash them into the avocados with a spoon or fork. Add garlic salt to taste

  2. Mix In Bacon Jam

    Mix as much as you want of  bacon jam into guacamole mixture.
