Mullen’s Original French Dressing Meatloaf

  1. Preheat Oven
    Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Mix Ingredients
    Combine the beef, onion, bread crumbs, cheese, salad dressing, eggs, mushrooms, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well but do not overwork the meat.
  3. Transfer To Loaf Pan
    Transfer the meatloaf mixture to a 9x5-inch loaf pan and smooth the top.
  4. Top Meatloaf
    Spread the ketchup evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake
    Place the pan in the oven and bake at 375 degrees F for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until the meatloaf is cooked thoroughly through.
  6. Rest And Slice
    Remove the pan from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes. Drain off any excess grease then slice the meatloaf into serving pieces.
