Preheat Oven
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. -
Mix Ingredients
Combine the beef, onion, bread crumbs, cheese, salad dressing, eggs, mushrooms, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well but do not overwork the meat. -
Transfer To Loaf Pan
Transfer the meatloaf mixture to a 9x5-inch loaf pan and smooth the top. -
Top Meatloaf
Spread the ketchup evenly over the top of the meatloaf. -
Bake
Place the pan in the oven and bake at 375 degrees F for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until the meatloaf is cooked thoroughly through. -
Rest And Slice
Remove the pan from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes. Drain off any excess grease then slice the meatloaf into serving pieces.
